In accordance with the further instructions contain-
ed in your letter of the 12th. July, we have now made
a complete investigation of the transactions of this firm
since the out-break of War.
We find that an order was placed with the Continental
Tyre Company, England, for £300 worth of Motor Tyres,
which were shipped to Messrs. Sander Weiler & Co. Shanghai,
and that certain contracts have been executed for the
Belgian and French Governments, but everything appears to
be in order.
Subject to our report of the 29th. June last, we
have to state that we have found nothing to lead us to
suppose that this Company has traded with the enemy.
